Picking up my new ML63..

next week, have chosen 22" Brabus Monoblock V1 wheels.
Has anyone got any idea how this size of wheel is likely to perform?
& what should I do with the standard wheels keep them or trade them in?
Cheers fella's..

I fear to ask the sidewall series , I think you will enjoy the 20" ers better....
I really think the car should go out the door with 19's as they have the correct meat on the side
This car is Brutal, It will destroy 22" Tires and wheels in no time..IMO
Unless of course you only drive on airport runways

pics are a must here, surely you got a cam fone??

must admit when i had a SL55 i got 19" Brab Splits only because i heard bad things about the tyres on the 20's blowing out... surely the 22's are massive and i bet they looks the dogz..but tyre wear would concern me along with the terrible roads this country has

how do you get on with the power tailgate?
can you close it by hand or do you have to press the button.
the one I tested in the dealer seemed on the slow side.

i thought the same re: the tailgate but imagine if you've got your hands full, also can you not use the remote key to close / open?

I am hoping to conclude a deal this morning, would you like me to ask them if they would be prepared to the same deal for you?
Let me secure my deal first.
If they would, I will pass on their details to you later.

there was no need P4MER, I was surprised how easy my local dealer & contact up north were prepared to do an 8% deal.
it goes to show how quiet the market must be & the eagerness of dealer to get their numbers in instead of concentrating on their profit margins.

Thanks for the contact anyhow

i definately agree 22" do look alot better than 20",but both amg and mercedes have told me the car has been set up for 20".This concerned me as i didnt want the handling to be affected adversley by fitting 22"? Also they are quite alot easier to damage on curbs etc .
