Stuttering, Delayed response with my ML 63
Can anyone give me some advice ?
I have a 2007 ML 63 AMG which "stutters" or has delayed response when the engine is cold especially after a cold night. This is kind of dangerous especially if you want to pull out onto a busy street and then suddenly there is no immediate response from the engine.
This problem suddenly appeared after I got a software update a few months ago. It feels like the engine is not getting enough gas or the mix is too lean.
I had the car at the dealer now for 3 times but they deny that there is anything wrong with the car.
Anyone out there who experienced the same problem ?

bad gas?. Mine doesn't like to be revved high until it is warm but its a traction control issue that ony appears if I totally go for it when cold without the traction control turned down.

what is a sprint booster, ho much is it an what does it involve and what does it do to the car's warranty. I love my ML63's acceleration but always keen for more power! pls help

I don't think it is the kind of thing that will hurt your warranty. My dealer's service manger is bringing them in and offered me one. Apparently it will work on the 600 as well.

I have the same problem, after my tranny was replaced, the hesitation is like 5 seconds sometimes.
