if you change shocks you'll probably need to change springs too since they are matched
if you just change to a softer shock, you might get a bounce feel when driving from the harder existing springs
if you really want to go softer, then change the whole suspension at once, keep the oem stuff if you ever need it down the road.

i drive ML63 in europe and usualy i ride in very bad road conditions. I heard that people changing springs and shocks in G55 to G500. I was asking my dealership and they dont want to change shocks, theysaid that it impossible.
So how to make this car soft?

Its not impossible, but why dont you take a little bit of air out of the tires? Not a lot but a little bit should help ride quality a little.

The ML63 has air suspension bags. Are there even springs? I dont think there are. The shock damping may be adjustable with the sport/comfort setting so I guess that may be why you cant just change the shocks.
