Astonished! ML63
My friend and I went to the Casino the other day and took his ML63 for the trip (2 hour drive). As a C55 owner all I can say is the ML63 is by far and away one of the best "cars" and certainly the best "suv" I have ever been in. The power, response, and handling was incredible. There were stretches where we did 130mph and the car was 100% stable. Best thing was, after the highway stretch where the cars sportiness shined, we hit several side streets near the casino where there was snow and had not yet been plowed. The ML handled those duties perfectly as well!

Thank you for the kind words about one of our favorite vehicles. Yes, the ML63 is the best all around "SUV" available. It has the ability to be one's sport car or general transport vehicle.
I too would be interested in your average fuel consumption at speeds with and without the legal limits.

It consumed about a half of tank each way (180 miles). Not bad considering I have done the trip several times in my C55 and it used a half tank as well. Keep in mind we were getting on and off full throttle on the ML throughout the trip.

2007 ML 63
I love the ML63. Mine gets horrible consumption in the city. About 10 MPG. A lot of starts and stops. It can get 17-19 MPG on the Hwy. I did that last month with an average speed of 80 miles an hour. But the car is the perfect everyday vehicle.

Don't forget though, that your C's gas tank is somewhat smaller than the one in the ML.
