Not sure what you mean by direct fit? I have been advised they will fit. Evosport have also put a set on an ML63 before. Need at least 20 inch wheels i think , i am safe at 22inches. Hoping the clearance between caliper and wheel will not be a problem

Not yet, i just picked up the paddles from MB yesterday and having held them in the palm of my hand i now understand how simple it will be and that the hole that fits them will only need to be marginally enlarged
Also, as you well know, they will feel exactly the same as my C63 paddles as the "resistance' you feel when you pull the paddles in the C63 is all built in to the mecahnism of the paddle itself so I am pretty happy about that because that feel was exactly what i was after.
Car is going in for the Vaeth install next weekend and same guys will be doing paddleshift conversion and brake installation. Thanks for your write up of installation, that and some other posts that i showed to mecahanic demonstrated to him how simple it should be

The Brembo kit is a direct bolt on fit. The kit comes with the necessary brackets so that the caliper can bolt on to the factory spindle with no modifications. The kit also comes with stainless steel brake lines as well. They are monster brakes. The 405mm kit is a 16" rotor, I remember when I used to upgrade to 16" wheels.......we have come a long way.
