Joining the ML family
Went to local MB dealership the other day to check out in person how outrageous a G63 would look like but did not see it in the showroom. The wife who hates car window shopping spotted an '11 ML63 in the showroom and immediately gave hints of wanting it. A bit of a shocker as for years she has commented on how ugly the MLs were (350/550). I guess seeing the quad tip exhaust and /// changed her mindset.
Went back today and ended up getting rid of her M3 vert for the ML.
CPO 19k with decent options?
21" wheels
distronic
hitch
3-z climate
infrared-ref glass
rear enter
heated rear seats
wood steering
few other options..
~$65k before any tt&l. I barely did any research as this was unplanned so hopefully this is a decent price for a low mileage cpo. Declined the extended cpo warranty as the previous 3 other MBs, I never kept it more then a few years. Hopefully this doesnt come back to bite me in the butt.
Looking fwd to reading all the other threads and any interesting tips to this suv.

Congrats! M3 is a sweet little car but your ML you will love the ability to haul and seat many passangers. I found the first ML's 98-05 to be ugly and nothing but issues and I avoided them and still do. I think the newest ones and the late models from 09-11 are fantastic! Sounds like yours is pretty well optioned as well!

Sometimes it's not always about getting the best deal- but it's about getting the best car. At 19,000 miles and having having CPO warranty can put many peoples' minds at ease.
