Bump for you.
looking at both wheels if they have the same functions for the buttons and merely a cosmetic upgrade then it should be a plug’n’play fit…if the switch gear is also the same.

Yes, I thought so too, the part number of the switch is the same, I'm worried about the paddle shifter

Probably would have been a better idea to post in the standard ML section. You posted in the AMG forum which does not have much traffic. Post here M-Class (W166) - MBWorld.org Forums

I just bought this new steering wheel for my ml63. It supposed to be plug and play according to the seller. I was bored with the old steering wheel so will try this. Once I receive it will update on how it goes.

Got the new steering wheel installed. Make a big difference. All the buttons works except thr cruise control. Here is before and after.

Wow that looks good. I found a place that has An adapter module or something that you apparently need to upgrade to that wheel. Maybe that would restore the cruise control. I never use cruise anyways so it wouldn’t bother me at all. Want to sell me the old ML63 wheel? I have an ML550. I’m in BC canada.

bought it from ebay. He sell with the adapter. If not will need to change the colum and do some coding. Even tho I have star diagnostic didn't feel like changing anything so this was literally plug and play.

Unfortunately I have a 2014 ml350 diesel as well and i install the old amg steering wheel on that. Feels much better than the stock wheel from the ml350
