This is a new H7 55W HID kit. Color temp is 6000K. Never used. Selling for $85 shipped.

Light output will depend on which housing they go into. Any OEM housing will be very good. The 55W 6000K kits have a whiter color to them than the typical 35W 6000K kits. They light up the road much better.

Yes, your 2006 E350 uses the H7 bulb for the lowbeam.

Interested in the DDM 55w kit, but would they allow an exchange to 9006 5k or D2S 5k's? Would it be possible to inquire with them?

Yes they will fit on the CLS which uses H7 bulbs on the low and high beam.
