Why do i have to get it programmed to "xenon present" after installation? That would require me to bring it to the dealership because they have the STAR diagnostic tool. I have a 2002 C32 (w203), it currently has the xenons on them, but they have the frosted lens. What is the difference from yours and mine besides the lens? Does it include all the bulbs? And is the high and low beam the same bulb or does it use the H7 halogen bulb for the high beam? I need a new set of headlights and im not too familiar with the headlights and all that crap, bixenon, xenon, hids, etc. i dont know the difference between those 3. Get back to me when you get a chance or PM me. thanks

You should not have to have them set at the dealership... its more for cars who have halogens and switch to bixenon... halogen uses 55w Xenon uses 35w and they have to change that in the computer.

They should look good on a silver car also... with a black grill it would look good.

I am going to be away from the internet first week of november this upcoming week... they are kind of sold but the fellow has not paid for them yet so if you have the money and want to buy them let me know either in the next 24 hours if you want to send me a deposit to hold them till I get back from my trip...

They look pretty damn good on your car bro, especially the black grill, black rims, black car. im sure it would look fine on a silver car. I will get back to you asap as far as taking these off your hands. Kind of strapped for cash as i just spent roughly $2500 for parts and $500 on labor to get most of the parts installed. But temjinx did tell me to take apart my assembly and see whats broken. to be honest, i dont think my xenons are broken, all i did was turn the vertical adjustment screw too much and the lights are pointed very high and people get blinded when driving towards me, so i think the nut on the other end of the screw fell off or it broke. But its about a 3 hour job to take the headlight assembly out. The frosted lights look ugly imo, but if it aint broke, then dont fix it.

the car has long been sold the lights are the only parts i have left. i am back from my trip let me know if you still want them... i also have the assemblies for your broken frosted lights let me know if you need those parts to fix your broken xenons... personally if you you going to pull apart you frosted headlights your better off pulling apart these and painting them silver to match the car.

there is a fellow on here C240 something with silver car with silver headlights looks awesome too.

You have the complete assembly for the frosted xenon? I need the driver side one if you have. Unless you took the whole assembly apart, let me know. I rather buy your Euro bi-xenons but i still need to buy some other parts for my car first such as the PSK and SL55 intake, and get my pulley installed and tuned.

Let me know wthe price for the driver side assembly.

I have the parts you need to fix yours... but not a complete light you will need to disassemble and replace the broken screws and elevators inside your frosted lights... I cant say that they will work either because they are from clear halogens I'd have to see the inside of your light

FYI I have hese listed on ebay right now for 1000 dollars the longer I have to keep them the price is going to have to go up... get yourself a deal here... they are getting to the point of well I either sell them here or just let them sit till someone gives me what a really want for them.

I am sure there is a post here... quickly... the plastic around the projector is different, the chrome housing is different and the light output is different... not alot of difference but I dont want people to think these are north american spec and get suprised when something isn't how the expected.

"annoyance" and "self-righteousness", amoung others...
https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...bi-xenons.html

According to documented comparisons, including commentary from Steve, there is virtually no difference in US vs Euro BiX. Both are for left-hand drive vehicles. Projector quality is the same. Same output, spread, width. Only difference is the "pattern" aka cut-off shield design, which is so subtle a difference that it takes a side by side comparison to tell the difference, even then-- it's still hard to tell the difference! If there are cosmetic differences with the housing and or plastic, I see no difference or the reason for said difference or the positive for this difference.

Andrew, I was a potential buyer on ebay a month or so back. Since you wouldn't budge to $500, I found someone who did. Good luck with the next 6 months of the sale

Most off this is correct but there are cosmestic difference if you dont notice them thats up to you.

here is the difference... red arrow NA spec black arrow euro... and the beam pattern are the same... unless you get euro headlights from where they drive on the wrong side of the road.

If anyone wants to see the complete build
