would be nice to make a package deal / group buy.. would you have a picture of a cl mercedes that has the backup camara installed on the truck? i want to see if it is bulky or if it looks out of place before i purchase one... i also noticed you sell several diffrent size camara

 

Look at the OEM MiniCAM on the site (it basically the only one we sell anymore), it is smaller than a dime, has 170 degree view, works down to .5 Lux, has a glass lens, has a CCD sensor, and is basically the best camera we have EVER tested. I have a black CL65 and you can not see it on the car at all.

 

Is it possible to remove the stock COMAND and put in a Pioneer AVIC?

 

HA!!! Not in a CL unless you want to do some SERIOUS, and I MEAN SERIOUS fabrication. Let alone all the rewiring and giving up all the tight integration. MUCH EASIER to upgrade the current system with the goodies you want.

The CL uses the actual wood frame as part of the COMAND mount. Incredibly hard to retrofit.

how about ipod integration? I'm so sick of listening to the same boring CD's!

 

i got my ipod intergration from the mercedes dealer with the power converter on the ipod cord to charge my Iphone.... cartronic sells a really cool upgraded touch screen head unit with the proper trim and installation kit

 

i want the HDTV unit and the video in motion with back up camara
