My name is Rilind, I picked up a 2012 C63 coupe a year ago. I’m checking in so I can get my PM’s set up really... I saw a few things I liked on the market place. Currently doing IM gaskets, along with custom catch can, PCV, and a good cleaning/paint to the manifold itself. New injectors and plugs, and getting rid of those plastic pulleys with a set of metal pulleys from UPD. Gonna give the Mishimoto race thermostat a try as well. You could say I’m trying to keep her healthy.
Thank you for creating such a great community! Before purchasing the car I was able to do quite a bit of research on it here. What an introduction Benz-AMG cars, this thing amazes me daily.
'05 CL55, factory appearance package, most every option other than laser cruise/tech I believe. Authentic Brabus 20X9/20X9.5 Mono V (which I may be posting in the marketplace, for sale or trade on a factory package). Rides great, sounds great, the kids love it with the back windows down... I look forward to seeing more new owners join with the same new found excitement I have for the brand. Cheers all!
Hey guys, i’m Brandon, some may know my by cdirty2 off of Instagram. Currently have a 2004 C32 AMG. I have a 65mm DTK pulley, VTECH ECU & TCU tune, Needswings ISO, Needswings PSK, custom catch can, custom intake, and N2MB WOT Box. I’m lowered on H&R springs, however I have BC coils coming soon.
Just joined after being a guest for a month or so - I have a 2009 SL63 AMG. Poking around for advice on keeping her running like new. 32k miles, getting cleaned up and ceramic coated next week.
I am new to this forum and loving it.Looking forward to all the useful information that I can find.I know my little GLK 350 will never be a 4x4 but
It is much more off-road capable than it looks with the right set of tires
..until last Friday. My name is Christer, from Helsinki, Finland (It is a small country on West side from the Mother Russia, 400 kilometres from Saint-Petersburg, Russia).
The sound of roaring V8, the comfort and toughness is just priceless. Not to mention the box shape that is just spot on 👌🏼
...Is it a sin to think even once that it would be nice if it took less gasoline?😂😂🔥🔥🔥🔥

If it used less gas, it would be a G500. Better to use the gas and have a G63 AMG!
how do you post a new question? I can’t seem to figure it out. Lol 😆

Welcome Wendy and congrats on your W219 CLS. To post a question just go to the W219 forum and click the “New Thread” tab at the top of the page. You will then be taken to a new page that will allow you to post a question (new thread). Good luck. If you still have a problem, post the question here and I’ll post it in the appropriate sub-forum.
Hi all, new W212 longroof owner here. It's a 2013 E350 4Matic I found at CarMax. Traded a perfectly fine Lexus GS350 for it. I've wanted a wagon for a while; I think it's a manifestation of my dislike for SUVs and crossovers. I plan minimal modifications, mostly convenience and safety stuff. I haven't really found a "here's my car and what I'm doing to it" thread, is there such a thing or do folks just post in the model-specific forum?
Hello, my name is Joe, and I Don't work in a button factory, but I have a wife, no dog, but it's my family
So, today we purchased our first Mercedes -- a 2010 GLK 350. I am not going to lie, I knew little to nothing about the Mercedes brand as a whole until last Friday, when looking for an SUV, the wife fell in love with the GLK.
I spent the weekend researching GLK's, and Mercedes as a brand. This site was awesome to get a lot of info on and helped us make an informed decision.
The new ride is a 2010 GLK 350 4matic - Brown Leather Interior, with 72,000 km (47,000 miles) on it.
My name is John and I currently do not have an MB on the property! I am leaning in to the purchase of an R107 (possibly C107). I am here to see what is for sale, what advice is out there and to lear about the primary issues.
Tho not owning an MB now, I am not new to Mercedes, or German cars or even vintage cars. Over the past 10 years I owned and operated the following:
1997 SL320
1988 300E
1980 Porsche 911Sc
1968 Triumph GT6
My current fleet includes a 1988 SaaB 900S and a 2001 BMW 320i.
Any offerings or suggestions / recommendations out there?
My name is Hershel and I’m the owner of a Diamond Silver 2003 SL500 which I love. Which is amazing considering all the issues I have had maintaining it and the number of times its been in collisions. All minor but hassles nevertheless.
Hi y'all, this is Kerem, checking in with my somewhat recently acquired 2004 SL600 R230.
I don't have photos handy, but you can see all the drama of my acquisition of it here in the Bring-A-Trailer auction
It came to me with a Renntech ECU tune (and what a beast it is with that) and a beautiful set of 19in Lorinser LM6 wheels.
BUT Less than a month after acquiring it, I hit a pothole for the first time with it and destroyed one of my front wheels. (thank Caltrans for our impeccable highway conditions)
Turns out it's basically impossible to find a replacement 19in Lorinser LM6, but if you hear anything, please let me know!
In the meantime she's sitting on a spare waiting for me to pick a suitable set of wheels for such an elegant but high performance car.
If you have any wheel suggestions for a black R230, I'm all ears as well.
Good day MB owners, thank you for the welcome as the new member. My full name is Simphiwe and I'm from East London in South Africa (yes the is a small town here called East London). I own a 2006 E200k (W211) face-lift as it has the pointed grill.
For the past 7 years I've been driving it and what a smooth car it is.
However, last month it started with a noise on the engine (sounds like a diesel car) even when the engine is hot it doesn't go a way. Six months ago it overheated and water got into the block, fortunately it was discovered that the head gasket gave in. Problem was solved and the car drove smooth again till last month, everything is OK except for the noise, please assist. Temperature is OK, oil is fine, acceleration is OK, it's not losing power on up hill and I'm still enjoying this car. It's currently on 317 000km. Is there a quick fix I can perform or do I need to see the MB agent?
Hi everyone. I'm Ritchie from Melbourne Australia and just purchased myself a new toy - a 2003 E240 Classic, and I love driving it. Going to be asking a few questions on upgrades and fixes in due time.
