Hey there, I'm shaon from winnipeg, Canada, I don't have my own mercedes yet but I grew up with my parents owning a solid assortment of Benz's and I've loved the cars my entire life. I've joined this forum as I am looking to buy my first ever car independently and obviously it's got to be a mercedes. Prospectives so far are the 2007 sl550 and the 2008 s550, any input or advice at all would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!

Purchased a 2014 E250 Bluetec in December 2013. Live in TX so a lot of warm weather and clear highways! Enjoy long distance road trips and in 14 months have put 34,000 miles on the car. First diesel and love it. Only issue so far has been a seat sensor which unfortunately took 3 visits to repair.
Stay healthy all!

Hi guys,
I just finished the deal on a CPO 2012 GL450 Palladium Silver/Beige with 29k on the clock. Bought it for the wifey on Valentine's Day, she got tired of driving the Honda Odyssey minivan, figured I'd make it up to her. The Benz is getting refreshed & detailed by the dealership. It will be delivered to our house this Tuesday.
Looking forward to learning more about the ride from other owners and sharing valuable info.
Regards!
Al

1978 280ce euro model, 1991 190e 2.6
Hi all,
I am new to the forum but have been a proud owner of a 1978 euro spec 280ce for a few years, and recently picked up a 1991 190e 2.6.
This year I want to focus on making the 280 perfect again and doing some small upgrades on the 190 to give it some personality. Thanks in advance for any help/insight!

New Guy in Town
I'm Drew and I've always been such a die hard Bimmer *******. I always swore off Mercedes, however, after recently acquiring my *new to me* '97 Mercedes E320 I have realized I couldn't have been more wrong. I absolutely love the car and it surprised me by not being entirely emotionless and unresponsive. It's actually fun to drive. I've got a lot of rust to replace though and some small fixes here and there. I've also definitely got to get it painted black.

Hello, my name is Larry I recently bought a low mileage cl55 AMG because it is so fuel efficient. I have been reading this forum since I decided to buy a MB for my commuter and I find that most of the information provided here is accurate and useful to a new owner. Thank you.

GL450 & CLK320 Owner
Greetings all! New to the forum here. Brought here searching for tips on a blower motor issue that I just found some great info on...
Wife purchased a 2003 CLK320 back when we were dating. We both love the car and have only had a passenger seat motor issue during our ownership. Fun car - for two, don't try a baby seat in this one! Which leads to my next car....
Had two little girls recently and now we are the proud owners of a dealership sold/resold 1 owner (now 2) 2009 GL450. This thing is a tank and I absolutely love it. My kids are safe - I can feel it.
Worked for a German electronics company for 10 years - so familiar with the German attitude for over-engineering certain systems. I feel the quality in these rides compared to our typical Ford, Chevy, Honda, etc. I've owned all - don't get me wrong, but these Benz have a slightly "thicker" feel to them.
At any rate - glad to be here and hope to learn more.

MB fan for life - just bought my first!
Hey y'all!
Just picked up my first - an 88 420 SEL with only 151k on the odo! She's ripe for a resto, but solid enough to be a daily.
Dealership tech/repair CDs on order; oil change and brakes this weekend. The start of something grand.
Cheers!
