Congratulation's Tamara! Have fun with your new car and enjoy it in good health!
My name is Dave and I live in Kent Washington. I have been the owner of a 2008 smart car pure for about 2 years now. This year I failed emissions and want to get it fixed by myself. I just can't seem to find a shop manual any place. My codes point to the evaporative Emission System Vent Valve that is stuck open. Is there anyone here who can direct me to where it is located and what it may look like. Of all the cars out there I would think a shop manual should be easy to find. Thanks

Hello, name is Tim. I joined a week or so ago and have been reading anything I could before picking up my latest toy.
I bought a 2005 E55 AMG with 57,000 miles and several mods already done. There are several things to replace, repair and also improve but I have a good start.
My background is collision repair but my son is a Mercedes tech at a dealership so he will be helping out with whatever it may need. He also has a 04 E55 AMG with several mods.
My son is also the reason I decided to buy one of these cars. He had been telling me about his and I finally got to take a ride and drive it. I was totally shocked at how fast his car was as I had no prior knowledge of these cars and their potential power.
I have American muscle cars along with early AC VWs beetles and buses.
This is going to be another avenue for me to explore and have fun with and I can't wait to get a build thread started with the repairs and improvements.
Sorry for the long post but I'm excited to get rolling with this!
Here is a quick pick.
The car is actually blue not black. It's the factory color.
Hi guys and gals. Although I have been coming to this site for a few years I just made to upgrade to a 2013 Benz C300 sport. I have wanted a Benz since I was about 10 yrs old. Not going to go mod crazy(I keep telling myself) but I will do some classy upgrades.

That looks super clean with a perfect drop. E55 is a pretty amazing platform honestly with a ton of power potential. I see some performance mods on her already.

I like it the way it is so far with the wheel/tire combo and the body, nothing I'd really want to change.
I will be talking to you in the near future about replacing some lites. I have to see what's there first and make a list. 👍

Not a problem. We can definitely get you set up proper with more modern looking whiter lighting. I see you already have clear markers also with what looks to be chromed stock bulbs? White LEDs there would really set it off, or even amber LED bulbs if you want to stay traditional. Anywhere else, just hit us up and we can help you spec out and come up with a custom package with forum discounts

Good morning my name is Tony, I just bought a well taking care of 2011 C 300, trying to figure out how to post pictures right now. The previous owner was the service department managers personal car so I feel I got a great deal. I've changed all the interior lights to green and black out the emblems. Nice to meet everyone!
New to MBWorld, Currently own a Sprinter, might add an AMG sedan soon!
Hello all! I've owned a Mercedes Sprinter for a few months now and love it. Now I'm looking at purchasing a luxury sedan and the AMG line has my name on it! Currently looking for an c63 or s65. I hope to bring pics here soon!

Reason: typed e63 instead of c63.

Can't go wrong with either decision. Any specific year you're looking for?
I like the changes made on the s65 when they refreshed it in 2007. So, a 2007-2009 with 70k-90k miles.
And I typo'ed earlier. I'm looking for the c series not the e series. 2008 is the first year model I'd be interested in for the c63 amg.
Big difference range between the S65 and c63. One's a luxury land yacht (albeit a fast one) and the other is a sporty, throaty beast. Again, can't go wrong with either, just need to look at personal needs. C63 is a great vehicle, but not as roomy and interior parts are a bit on the cheaper end with the first iteration w204. Might want to take a look at the facelifted C63 that came out a few years later, but if you just want a raw fun to drive, C63 is great. S65 is basically luxury incarnate.
Holla my Name is Per-cy and I just bought my 2003 mercedez c230 k hatchback, I love it. BUT THERE ARE A FEW MINOR REPAIRS THAT NEED TO BE DONE SO HERE I AM , FILLING MY NOGGIN WITH GREAT INFO.....
2013 Lunar Blue Metallic Mercedes-Benz C250 W/ Sport Package +, 1999 Milano Red Acura Integra GS-R
1st Mercedes
Hey guys, I just recently bought my first Mercedes-Benz. It's a 2013 C250 with Sport Package Plus and the Intelligent Light System as well as all of the other packages including the P1 pack and the Multimedia Pack with NAV and of course a back-up camera
Just bought a week ago. Has 246,000 miles but only 60,000 on engine.
Photos not too good but its a nice looking car for age. I've always wanted an MB diesel and got this fairly cheap so its going to be a bit of an experiment to see if I can take to the half million mile mark.

Reason: another pic
Bought this last year and now has 73,000 miles and is strictly a weekend car. I don't have a lot of money but I'm not looking for speed just a little mental therapy.
