350E sedan 2006
New owner 1st time MBZ.

Hi all I just bought a beautiful 2006 350E with 60,000k on it and I love this car. Black with MBZ chrome rims can't go wrong. I would post pics if someone could help me navigate this site here. I'm 54 years old figured it was time to move up from my mid life car . My last car was a 1987 mustang 5.0 convertible lots of fun and fast but out grew it.

Thank you I know nothing about my car except what I read on the owners manual. I bought a 2 year extended warranty so I'm not sure what kind of mods I can do and not void my warrenty? I'm afraid to change the stereo lol. Can anyone help me out here?

The particular chassis of 03-09 e-classes are named W211. You'll get more help in the W211 section.

We'll since I bought the car I have had it the shop 2 times already since January of 2013. It's a E350 06 with 60k miles on it. I am pissed the first time I took it in for my paid in advance schedule A plan they found bad thruster so free became 840 dollars. Then my CEL came on last week and it turns out I need an engine block mount and the crank sensor replaced along with leaking power steering pump and rear brakes and pads replaced. On a car with under 80k miles it is crazy this much crap is wrong with it!! Thank god I bought the western general extended gold plus but it's only covered half the repairs the rest is out of my pocket. What kind of ****ty *** cars is Benz making ?? I will never buy another one ever. ****en waste of money!!

19 E63s(wifeys) & a 21 GLE580
Sorry to hear that. Ever E350 I've had has been excellent. In fact I still know some of the owners and they have had no problems. Now I've had an E63, didn't know the prior owner or their driving style and I also have a gremilin in it. I think a car's future has a lot to do with how its treated and cared for. Initially and continuously. Good luck.
