What's up everyone! I'm about to become a new owner of an '02 c240 and I have a bad habit of customizing.. lol

I also drive a Subaru and have a motorcycle I'm always on in sunny SoCal!

I'll prob be lurking and a lot of research to see what I'll want to do to this one as this car just fell into my lap. I usually do extensive research before purchasing a car..

I look forward to chatting with everyone and am excited to check out the forum!

Welcome to MBWorld! Let us know if you ever want to upgrade her lighting to newer whiter LED/HIDs. One thing that will be different coming from a subie is the canbus system you'll have to deal with on european vehicles. Our units are designed with that requirement in mind to make them plug and play

Thanks everyone!

Yea, I'm new to European cars and need to learn more about their system.

And thank you @Pelican! Your site has already helped me in making sure I've the right tools before I start pulling things apart. Lol


This is what I'm working with right now.


I just swapped the driver rear caliper as it hyper extended and put new rotors on, I'm getting an BAS & ESP errors I need to look into.

He did less than the minimum and just drove this car, so I'm working to getting it back up to date on everything first.

Brakes
Belt
Suspension (possibly coils)
Bushings etc
