Just picked up a 2003 E500 and figured I'd join the forums. Seems like a solid car with a couple little issues. Coming from a Lexus SC400, then a Lexus GS300, then a Volvo S60 2.5T, the W211 is an awesome combination of comfort and power. Don't have much else at the moment, 24 hours into ownership, but I do have pictures!

EDIT: I do have one question. Proper build thread etiquette varies a lot from site to site, but is there a specific build thread subforum? Stick it in GD? Or in the model-specific forum? I don't plan on anything crazy, but I always like to document my cars, and build threads are a fun way to do it interactively. Back to pictures:







It needs full paint correction/cut/buff etc, but there's a Cars and Coffee coming up this weekend, so a quick wash and wax will do for now.
