2002 ML 500
New Member checking in from Atlanta Georgia
New member here, although I have lurked a few times on these forums and found some great advice and tips which have kept my 2002 ML 500 rolling.
Ironically, I have registered now that my Mercedes has reached the end of its useful life. My Mercedes mechanic did a great job of helping me keeping it going, but he gently suggested It's time to say goodbye. 163,250 miles and in dire need of repairs that far exceed the value the vehicle. I'm thinking of parking it and occasionally using it to haul stuff because I have no idea if I could even get four figures in a private sale; it's in less than ideal condition to say the least.
So this is a both a hello and a belated thank you to the posters who take time time to explain issues I never would have figured out on my own, and saved me a good bit of money over the last several years.
Peace to all, and in a few years hopefully I'll have another Mercedes and be back.
