2014 ML350 Cabin Air Filter Replacement
Recently bought a 2014 ML350. Looking to replace the cabin air-filter. There seems to be two approaches, either from the glove compartment or from the engine compartment.
I tried the glove compartment approach and think removed all the torx screws etc., but could not completely remove it. It seems to be sticking on the left side and didn't want to force it open.
Any suggestions?

Thank you.
Well, it was an oversight on my part. 2014 model has a additional torx screw holding the glove compartment. It is kind of hidden in the lower left corner, between the molding. The whole process is pretty straight forward once you get the screws figured out.
My ML350 has an air duct feeding the glove compartment, which also needs to be pulled out AND reconnected during the process.

Hi pulwama62, would you mind me asking what prompted you to change the cabin filters, were you getting a bad smell from the aircon at times. You may be interested in my thread about the aircon in my ML350

Hey Ellacino, I bought my MB recently and I went ahead and replaced the air-filter and cabin filter. I also knew the first owner had pets and I wanted to make sure there wasn't any residual pet hair in the car.

Mine is the same year and model.
You were right. There are two air filters (left and right).
I'm changing them every second oil change.

now get me really confused, I called benz dealer, gave them my 2015 ML 350 VIN, and they said it is only one air filter with part # 276-094-0004, may be you mean by one air filter and cabin filter? I saw some video, it located on the left side of engine bay, there is two E-10 schews right?
Thanks

i saw the video above, even says for w166 ML 350, but looked at the oil filter it is different then the one I ordered, it only has one big O ring, one small O ring already on the filter, the video shows one big O ring and two small one, and engine cover is different then my 2015 ML 350.
Thanks
