2014 ML350 Cabin Air Filter Replacement
I tried the glove compartment approach and think removed all the torx screws etc., but could not completely remove it. It seems to be sticking on the left side and didn't want to force it open.
Any suggestions?

Well, it was an oversight on my part. 2014 model has a additional torx screw holding the glove compartment. It is kind of hidden in the lower left corner, between the molding. The whole process is pretty straight forward once you get the screws figured out.
My ML350 has an air duct feeding the glove compartment, which also needs to be pulled out AND reconnected during the process.
