I have a 2010 E550 and have tried for over 6 months to figure out how to add HP.......So, finally took the advice of a lot of members on here when trying to add HP to a N/A engine.......I went Turbo!!

Have several mods on the books
1. changing front springs to H&R sport to lower the front end to give it a "Racked" look.
2. 20" wheels and wider tires
3. ECU Tune Weistec or Eurocharged Performance in Houston......Haven't decided which yet.
Those are the first three on the books and should start shortly.
