Hey. I've added an e class to my other rust vectors,...
So, the SOP requires that I report to the applicable forums, my neighbor having foisted yet another merc on me. The other was an '04 c230 k, which has been such a delight that it was assimilated by the kid. He lets me drive it when " there might be something wrong" so that worked out well. This one received a strutmaster replacement for the air bags, a bunch of bushings, tie rod ends, and a replacement rim that was probably pot-holed while driving around with deflated bags. That "free" merc has now assumed it's proper fiduciary role. My name is mike and I'm a station wagon addict.
The replacement, used rim leaked as well. Are these proble4-matic?

Any thing that fits would be ok. Gotta c6 a6 avant as my dd, hate to park it some places with my hobie on top (it lives there), though. I've a can of flat saver for local trips but , I'm liken' this for longer jaunts. Doesn't ride quite as well as the audi w/o the air but not too bad. If this were a 212 there'd be little to choose between them. Only 243k!
Thanks. I'm in the gorge- White Salmon. Owned a house at the north end of Long Lake in the 80s when I middle managed part of a naval architecture firm adjacent the shipyard. Your tax dollars at work.
I think I'Il stick to stock as the spare's not too bad. I regard rims as perfectly respectable yard sculpture.
