1st Time Mercedes Owner

Hello everyone,
I have had an account since 2015 but have been inactive for quite a while. I am unable to send PMs since logging back in. Anyone have any idea what I need to do to turn that back on?
Thanks,
wongka

Its probably about time I stopped being lazy and signed up.
HEY TO ALL :
JAMES finally reporting for Duty after being AWOL from the forum my whole life. Here's my first attempt at building a custom MB w220 S600 I picked her up about four months ago bone stock, and severely broken, and have been having my way with her since then.
Here she is still have some wrap 2 finishb on the rear bumper so don't look at it. But are they ever really done ?!!
Mockup of the new intake I'm building final copy will not have any flex hose it will all be carbon fiber and silicone
My solution for reducing heat soak issues in combination with my intake I built my IATS 15-20 degrees cooler than they have beeN, Arizona summer is the absolute worst place for a boosted motor. Up next install my KILLER CHILLER.

Hi, I'm Steven from Florida. I bought my first Mercedes about a year ago. A 2001 ML320. It had been sitting in a police impound yard for nearly 3 years. It was searched hard and the interior ( most of it) was haphazardly thrown in a pile inside the vehicle. It would start with a jumper box but wouldn't idle or run smoothly and was in limp mode. The exterior had a few scars from careless forklift operators in the yard. I've been working on it for the past year and this forum and members have been unknowingly helping me the whole time. I want to thank all of you for your willingness to share your knowledge and experience. It is much appreciated. This is how it looks now. Still a work in progress but it runs great and drives great as it is now.

Hi I am Jan from Germany and this is my ML.
It is my daily driver and my overlander.
I know it is not a typical overland ride but it works great. (Street, beach, mountains..)
