Too good to be true
I found a 2012 E350 for sale in Jersey for 24,000 only has 33,200 miles. Carfax does not show the original dealer, only when it was bought. I am having it inspected pre sale. Is this too good to be true.

Had the car inspected here is what it says.
Needs an alignment $160, Straighten 2 rear rims. $426.48, Tire are dry rotted needs tires. Apparently this thing may have been sitting and these are the original tire $1232.05 for 4 new tires. Total $1818.41. Add $24,000 for the car 33.142 miles
What you all think, a good deal or no. No Carfax accidents and MB saw no evidence of any.

4,000 miles covered in 5 years from 2015-2020 is very low. 100 miles per month or less.
What does “new title” mean?
How many owners has this vehicle had?
Be cautious with this car. If it were me I would walk.

It has had 2 owners, No I have not driven it yet, it is in Jersey and I am in NC.
The Mercedes dealer says it is in really good shape, needs new tires,, the older ones are the original. Dry rot on tires make this appear to have been sitting for awhile
I put new title when I should have said Title issued or updated, that was for the second owner.
The bigger question is from Jan /2020 to Mar 2021 168 miles in 14 months.

I just talked to the Mercedes tech and he was very frank, No codes. rims need repair because of all the potholes. I then asked him to be frank and honest and I asked if he were in the market would he buy this car and he said yes. Now some of that is because he works on them. But he also said it had the original tires and had been sitting somewhere, No accident damage all the codes were good. He did say seals looked ok.
