2005 w211 e320 rwd

Hello all- recently purchased a 2 owner, garage kept 2005 e320 rwd base with 57,000 original miles. Appropriate services were done at dealer or local Indy shop. Overall the car is solid, with slightly above average touch up paint work.
I know one of the mechanics at the Indy shop I mentioned above. He recent did an oil/filter change, trans oil/ filter change, brake fluid flush with new pads and rotors all around, new tensioner, idler and serpentine belt.
Bearings on the ac compressor are loud and showing play so that’s next on the list.
Here for input and be part of the community.
I will say I am disappointed in the audio system. I do not have the HK but I believe it is still a 10 speaker set up (counting tweaters). Strongly considering replacing the head unit, bypassing the fiber optics and oem amp, installing my own 4 Ch, new door speakers and a small powered subwoofer. Open to advice, recommendations, warnings, etc on doing this.
