Nice work! What performance target do you have for this new engine? If I recall from another forum your old engine was producing 560hp at the crank and running 0-60 in 4 seconds or less.

Mycket Bra. Can I come and see it the next time that I am in Sverige.

When you see work like this, it reminds me of the fact that so many inventions have come from Sweden.

Fantastic! And thanks for the start up video, I look forward to your next video after you run in your new engine. I can't wait to see the M103 at 3 bar!!! Again great fabrication work, you make it look so easy, that is the mark of a real pro

BTW I have motor parts the same color as yours.

how much has the intire set up cost? do you currently sell the intake manifold and the exhaust manifold set up or are those specifically custom work? how much would it cost just to do a single, small, basic turbo setup for an m103 motor?

Too bad, tough brake, Glad you got it back together, guess the crank was OK. Don't let it get you down.

Everything is custom work and the price is depens how many parts do you need. Complete kit with magament system or only turbokit. The most impotent with turbocharging is standalone magament system to make it work and to be safe. The M103 engine is very good flow engine with much exhaust gas what make the engine work best with bigger turbochargers. Even my GT45 turbocharger is 70mm inducer and can make up to 1000hp and it begin spin allready from 3000rpm. If you have good magament system and good ignition and VE table curve you can make over 400hp with stock engine without any problem. I made allmost 600Hp with stock parts by runing Ethanol E85 with 1,7 bar
I think that the singel basic setup for M103 engine should have 53-60mm inducer turbocharger with pulssplitt twin entry extractor manifold

My friend Daniel building this kind of setup on his 300CE rith now

Like I sad the price is depens how much do you need and it can be everthing between 8000-15000$

We goining to build one 1000Hp setup like mine to some guy with complete engine setup with turbokit:

M103 with CP pistons, pauter rods
Racing 2 plates clutch for 1200Nm
Lighted flywheel
And compklete turbokit with magament system so he just need to put it in his car but this setup cost much more

Good Lord that 1bar vid sounds soooo sexy!!

I have got to build my TE up like this someday. You should sell the suspension bushings in the w124 forum, I know there are people looking for that stuff.
