Kleemann Kompressor's engine oil piping
Can anybody enlighten me ?? 
(1) Green Circle = Engine Lubricant Oil inlet ?
(2) Red Circle = Engine oil return ?
(3) Where (and how) is the engine oil tapped from ?
(4) Engine oil is piped back via the dipstick inlets ?
(5) Any additional oil pumps required ?

I can do that, and I must say you are a little off here.
Red : connection for the brake booster vacuum line.
Green : connection for the tank ventilation vacuum line.
The oil is in the front of the compressor which you can't see on this picture.
Oil is taken from the block at a OE outlet which is used for oilpressure gauge if a work shop ever want's to check the oil pressure.
The oil sprays at the gears in the S/C gear box thru a 0.8 mm injector ( the engine do not drop oil pressure ) runs out thru the buttom of the gear housing and into the dipstick pipe.
No drilling or modifying to any parts, and no oil pump is required.

(1) Does the Brake Booster Vacuum line go into (A) in my new diagram ? (or am I way of line again ..)
(2) What is the function of the Tank Ventilation vacuum line ?

Lucas is travelling so I will answer for him.
The brake booster attaches to the inlet side of the SC- the vacuum "signal" there is identical to a normally aspirated engine, never seeing boost pressure. Your "A" is the same source but not the same line.
The tank vet recirculates fuel vapors from the tank. Under high vacuum conditions a solinoid valve is switched on to pull fuel vapor into the manifold where it is burned. This is part of a "closed" vapor recovery system present on most cars built since the early 1980's (passive emissions).

Sorry if I sound a bit "Not-So-Smart" but I really like to get to the bottom of this.
Why do we need to monitor the inlet side of the SC ?
Typically we'd monitor the Intake (Absoulte) Manifold Pressure to enable the Rising-Rate-Regulator to provide the correct fuel pressure in the fuel rail, no ?

You are correct-
The KLEEMANN fuel pressure regulator "sees" a vacuum and boost signal from the discharge side of the SC. All other "consumers" of a vacuum signal that were originally in the car (MAP, switchover valve, barke booster, tank vent, etc) go to the inlet side of the SC.
