leda fully adjustable suspensions

ok, so they don't make coil-overs for mb, but they do make them for other makes, like bmw, audi, volvo. mb suppliers are like bilstein or hr. but, i haven't had any success with other forums, so here goes. anyone ever tried their suspensions, it's relatively cheap compared to other fully adjustable suspensions (e.g. h&r)?

H&R makes a coil over system for the w203 (C-class). Judging by the rest of H&R products, I would expect that the w203 coil overs are very good.

I've never heard of them. I was confused by your first post. Are you looking for a coil over system for a Volvo? What model?

coil-overs for volvo 850. i've posted quite a few inquiries on other forums (bmw, volvo), but no one seems to know much about the company leda, that's why i thought i'd give it a shot here. they have a number of various designs. the total price for a set of coil-overs front and adjustable shocks static height rear is about US$900. i understand most coil-overs by most other makes are usually twice that price, even ohlin's remote reservoir system static height is US$1600. so it seems like a steal; however, i haven't been able to talk to anyone who has actually used it. i've got all the specs and data from talking to one of guys at leda, just needed some customer opinions. here's the website:

Why not try asking them who they would consider their major competitors are in the Volvo field? If they feel that they are the best, they'd likely tell you.

funny u should say that. i emailed eastern aerospace and naake suspensions regarding the ohlins 8-way adjustable with remote resevior that was available as aftermarket and as a volvo factory installed option (same price $1600). eastern aerospace's response was short to be exact..."they're the best!"...and that was it. naake was more helpful in asking ohlins (they have direct connection) directly, and answer from ohlins was don't make them for volvo, so probably volvo buys the parts and puts them together. but, i digress.

thanks anyway, gotten more responses from u than i did in 3 months of posting in various forums. have talked to two other volvo owners asking about them also. will call leda again if i seriously wanna plunk down another 800 for upgrades. thanks again

Steve :

If you want performance parts for your Volvo, try and look for a company in Sweden called BSR sportsman.

Very proffessional company, with a good reputation here in Scandinavia.

Steve :

I was on their home page 3 years ago, and as far as I remember
you could choose English.

Did you consider to give them a call or e-mail ????.
Everybody in my part of the world will speak English.

Remember, where there is a will - there is a way.
