Not happy with Eurocharged stage 2 performance dyno sheets
Got the stage 2 Eurocharged package installed on my CLS55 a few days ago and got it on the dynojet today.

607 HP and 671 trq to the crank , well today my dyno sheets show 431.48 hp to wheels and 482.12 trq to wheels. does it not seem low, shouldn't it have around an extra 50 gain on both HP and Trq?

IAT= intake air temps. When the car gets hot it dumps fuel to cool itself and you lose a ton of power. You can get a handheld or datalogger at any autozone and see the logs
You use the Euro-flash V2 software, select the tune file WITHOUT REFLASHING, and go to Datalogging. That will let you log and record your IATs and other numbers while you make your run in the car.
going to have the system checked for leaks or bubbles this week see if it changes, the air fuel ratio is out of wack at high rpms so either a bubble in the cooling or heat soak
dont discount factors of the dyno itself...Smoothing and correction factors can greatly alter your end result....i personally prefer that the operater run my cars uncorrected, in that manner what you make is what you make. If you look at the top right of your chart you will see that there is a correction factor set and smoothing set, and then in the bottom left you will see that .99%, that is correction as well.
dont get me wrong, i am NOT saying that the previous posts are not on point or offering any vehicle specific answers as to why your car may/may not be putting down what you think it should...just pointing out that the graph you showed doesnt technically provide you with the "real" numbers that your car puts down to begin with

thanks for that info, either way if i do the equation it only adds a couple hp to the wheels, as it sits now its off by around 50 hp and trq. not acceptable
i am getting my system purged for bubbles and also getting a stand alone IC coolant tank installed as we speak to help with heat soak, well see what happens, going to get it dyno again on tuesday
