Chip, Pullies, Exhaust, stiffer springs and shocks and struts (coilover), wider tires. thicker sway bars....

or you could just do what I wish I had done, absolutely nothing.

Idrivefast: What is the downside (in your experience) of your mods? Did you make the ride too stiff and uncomfortable?

1st my shocks went soft after 5k miles, had to get them replaced, h&r wouldnt warantee them without me sending them my messed up shocks
so i just bought a new pair since the labor alone would cost me that much
got the new shocks, still not as stiff as when i remembered

front sway bar had to be drilled a bigger hole to accomodate the bigger bolts of the AMG cars, but the body shop did not know this had to be done....I had to pay for the drilling....NOT FAIR! drove like 50 miles to the body shop several times for this matter....sway bars not here when they said it would be, sway bars not yet drilled when they said it would be x2....sway bars installed....front sway bar making VERY VERY SCARY KNOCKING/SCRAPING noises....now even after 5k miles, rear sway bar making knocking noises and squeaking noises

car's handling feels terrible i dont know, it was good before, now its bad

now... told body shop to fix this knocking and squeaking
they fixed the knocking and only 1 side of the squeaking!!!!

atleast my handling is good again.... the bad handling was related to my swaybar making knocking noises cause it was loose.

dealership wont touch it cause its not OEM...labor is expensive....

taking my car to brabus in newport tomorrow mourning so they can fix the damn squeaking...any competent bodyshop could probably do this, but I just happen to gamble on all the losers... so tomorrow im going to pay Brabus 100 per HOUR to get the job done...i hate these noises

100 PER HOUR!!!!! for a noise!!!!

so long as you got black tints and keep the car stealthy (though technically your car would need to be black, but we can slide on this one..hehe).. you may have my title as the new //Mafia C43!!

Hey, you said you set the ME to run 93 octane - is that just telling the computer that you'll be running 93 so take advantage of it? Any extra power?

since the airbox is sitting on top of the block, it helps keep the cool air stay cool. the heat transferred through the airbox MAY have an effect on the incoming air.
