Mod or Admin Requirement?

Was just curious as to what the requirements are for being a moderator or administrator. Can someone list them or explain how it works?

The S8 is just another term for a Kleemannized V8 Mercedes

Normally, moderators are selected on a "need" basis. That is, when we feel like a certain forum or group of forums needs some MBWORLD Staff attention. Candidates for moderators are normally reccommended by the current moderators. Some examples of qualities of a good candidate are the demonstrated the ability to keep a level head, someone who has been a help to other members, and someone who is willing to devote a certain amount of time to maintaining the forum. And of course, that person has to be willing to be a moderator. And all we get for this is the use of a Mercedes Benz car, normally a C Class (Ricky has his ordered).

-Just kidding of course, we work for free. :p

As for administrator, a person has to not only be a good moderator, but also someone who can perform some functional tasks around the way the forum is set up and around the way that it runs.

Guess i'm only lacking in the recommendation dept. Level head check, help to other members check, devote a certain time (hhmmm been here since 01 of nov hope that qualifies) check. Oh wait i don't drive a mercedes...
