2007 R320 CDI
thank you for this !!!! Pulled radio out in 5 minutes. Trick....since I don't have the plastic 'tool' to release the ac unit....I used two old credit cards. Once inserted up top...I put a metal spackel tool BETWEEN them....to slightly pry out the control. Worked like a charm and didn't damage the wood or plastic ! Company in CA refurbs the DVD drives. FASTOEM.COM is the company.

Unhappy R Class radio removal

I think the pictures are GONE! I've tried to open them with different browsers on different computers and with different operating systems. They don't show up. They are probably linked to a computer somewhere that doesn't exist, or is off line.

Too bad.
I'm still looking for instructions. Anyone???

What fits ?

After this awesome pictures for which I am eternally grateful and saves lots of cash of taking it to mechanic to do something so simple. Here is my question. I want replace that with a nice car stereo that has USB port and if possible Sat. Nav. Can anyone recommend what brands / models would be good and fit in it.
Thank you.
Vitez
