So, those of you who have recently (say last year or so) got out of you 06 or 07... how good do you think the cars still are? Do they still have a few good years in them? I'm just curious.

I have an '06 R350 with about 48,000 miles on it, and 4 years left on my extended warranty. I am very happy with it and plan to keep it.

My 06 R500 still runs like new and has been pretty reliable.

I had '06 R500 and found it a very underrated car. I traded it in about 1 month ago for a GL Diesel. It was extremely comfortable, quiet, smooth ride. very stable in rain. easy entry and exit. storage space was a little lacking, otherwise a great people carrier. It was very reliable for the last 4 years.

My 06

Can't say enough about my Alpine Rain (Lazurite Blue) ' 06 R350. Underrated is right. Been a great one. At least in Canada, the '06 came with leather standard in the 2 front seats, changed to Artico in later years. It's been a very comfortable, reliable vehicle that just runs smoothly year after year - and I have been driving mine in the winter. I wax it regularly and it looks great.

Bought my '06 two years ago with 60k miles on it. It now has 85k and it's been good. Very happy.

Thanks for the responses. Car does seem like a great value with used prices. If/when I move back to the US I will seriously try to ****** one up... maybe even from one of you guys!
