Tap into 12v outlet.

Pretty basic here, need to tap into 12v wire in center console that runs to the 12v outlet below vents, 3 wires going to it. Orange, blue/black, and one small grey/white. I have a test light, but no where to grab a ground at in this thing to test. Anybody know which is pos/neg?

There is no direct ground on the console cigar lighter.
Black Blue is +12v connected to fuse F46
Brown goes to the lighing/accessory SAM which will be connected to ground via a switch or transistor circuit to allow power to flow.
Grey/White is lighting.

You can get a DVM for under $20 which would help a lot in these situations..

Thanks for the help, I've got it sorted.I installed an additional outlet to power a fire tv stick and hdmi to av converter for the rear entertainment. Works like a dream. Where can I get that... is it a dvm or dvd?
