I'm up to about 186K on my '07 / '08 R320. A/C compressor has died twice on my watch since about 2020, did the brake booster recall, had the turbo actuator go, tensioner seized up and shredded belt and turbo air intake, but all superficial so far. Seems to be running fine otherwise, still the daily driver.
Should add that I've also had the transmission oil and filter changed, and I changed the fuel filter right when I got it, and the swirl flap diaphragm thing up by the cabin air filter that pulls in that savory burning oil smell into the cabin when the $0.50 piece of rubber inside wears out. It's time for the next fuel filter after my 40K miles of driving, if not overdue. Might also need new glow plugs, but I don't feel like dealing with that.
I get Blackstone oil analyses done every change on this car, they see no strange wear issues but i have a record of that going back about 4 years.

I just inherited a 2007 320 cdi with 190k miles It's been well maintained by a local independent MB specialist since it came off of warranty. Car is clean and runs well. looking forward to many more miles with proper care.
