I check in from time-to-time but you're right, there's not much new info. Truth is though, the R-Class cars are being cycled out of rotation (ownership). I love mine but there are less and less NEW owners of the cars since they stopped making it in the US and the older ones are sold off to less enthusiastic owners.

yep there are fewer and fewer R class enthusiasts. but no reason to **** on it.
The R has been around for 16 years. The DIY stuff has been hashed out anyway. We don't need another thread on oil changes.
I'm still in. Are you?

There are still plenty of these cars out there, but let's accept that most questions can be answered by looking through the archives. There are still valid new topics and questions, though. I may not check in here quite as often, but try to at least weekly if not more often. Just don't expect the traffic in here to answer your questions in hours.

So, I have a full WIS from 2017. If you need tech docs, PM me. The thing to be aware of is all of the instructions assume you have a full dealership workshop and associated tools. Nothing worse than the instructions starting with "First lift the car"

I had purchased the wis a few years ago.. ended up being a virtual machine running windows xp I think... changed my laptop since then and never re installed.
Was a pain to navigate thru.
Could you do me a favor to see if there is anything about de-activating the blind spot warning? I know that in US models you can de activate from the dashbord menu, but not in Canada..sadly... Thanks!

I don't agree with closing it. This is a wealth of knowledge base that owners can come and read upon when a particular situation arises. As long as people still browse it, others will reply. You may come and go as please though.
