Keyless go module "dead"

Hi,
The keyless go module in the back of the car kind of died after too much water reached the spare wheel compartiment. The spare part is A251 820 33 26. I'm thinking of different options:
-Could it be just a fuse? => Anyone can redirect me to the fuse number for this module please?
-Replacement: is it plug&play or does it need reprogramming?
-Any other idea..?

Thank you.

Take a look at the latest R63 forum. Member there brought back a dead keyless go. I believe he got a unit out of an ML.

Jerry

Thank you for that! I found many of these units on ebay, but all have a different reference number, although they seem identical. I'm hesitant to give it a try.

Does anybody know where is the keyless go module located after the facelift. It's not in the spare well.
