07 r350 w251 P0016 P0019 P0021 P0335 P0073
Hi everyone,
I've recently purchased a used 07 r350. Initially car was driving smoothly w an intermittent no start. Also a front end bumping noise that only happened w immediate excessive acceleration/high rpms that only lasted during the 1/2 seconds otherwise had regular smooth acceleration and driving, no noise. The noise almost sounds like a trans mount. Only code was P073 ambient air.
Then P0335 cks was added. Still same symptoms.
Next day, yesterday, car started running rough. It threw P0016 P0019 P0021 P0410 w P0073 and NO P0335.
I was going to still change cks and now take off cam p sensors and see if everything is still aligned turning crank to 305.
ADVICE IS DEFINITELY WELCOME.
If aligned I'm going to do belt crank pulley, seal, bolt, oil cooler ( leaking), cam sensors, and change oil. Again any advice is welcome.

2007 is within the years of balance shaft problems for the M272. And 7g-tronic conductor plate problems. This is assuming you have the gas engine.
The OM642 is also problematic and seen as not worth repairing/keeping.
Unfortunately, depending on what the problem is, how many miles you have, and what options your car has, you might be better off dumping the R350 and finding a 2009 or newer model. Rebuilding/replacing the engine might be more than it is worth.
