2015 vs 2017 Scoupe Changes

Sorry if this is a redundant question but I did do a forum search with little luck.
I am looking to purchase a CPO S coupe. I have found two options a 2015 and 2017 both with the same packages, both certified and both have 20k miles. My issue is the 2015 has the designo leather and the 2017 doesn't which I really really wanted.
The 2015, is 60k but I am going to purchase a 2 year extended warranty so its really 64k, the 2017 is 74k but I do not need a warranty since it has 18 months left of original and is certified.

My question is there anything else upgraded in the 2017 vs 2015 that makes it that much better? I believe the drivers assistance package is slightly better but anything else im missing. The pragmatist of me knows the 2017 is a better deal but again I really wanted the designo, lol.

Thank you

I say they are both too hi mileage, you can find cars with 10k to 20k mi easily.

Other than Mercedes Me functionality (absent on 2015) and addition of a key slot for the trunk, I believe the 2015 & 2017 cars are identical.

Do you have a PDF comparing a 2017 S Coupe to a 2018 S Coupe? I'm thinking about trading a '15 for a 18 thru 20 S Coupe. If so, thank you. If not.....still thank you.

The 2015 has the 7 speed 7G trans and the 2017+ the 9 speed 9G with some different AWD components (lighter more compact). See my post in the driveline vibrations thread (w222 forum) before you pull the trigger. Feel free to ask my any other questions as I've had a new 16 and 17 both with designo

Considering this thread was created back in early March, you've probably bought your car by now, but if not, beginning in MY16, the C217 has Speed Limit Assist as a standard feature and, with the prerequisite Night View Assist +, could be furnished with Swarovski Crystal Headlamps for $1795 extra.
