Touchscreen dash retrofit in 2018 S560

The newer model E350 looks like it has same size dashboard display as my 2018 S560 cabriolet. Except the E350 display features touchscreen. Does anyone know if this touchscreen display can be added as a replacement display on the S560?

I'm assuming there are aren't any responses to this post because most of the people who can answer this query are not willing to answer it.
I will:
It's not just the display that would need to be replaced. It's the ENTIRE infotainment system (from NTG to MBUX). If it were possible, it would cost over $20,000.00 and there isn't a Mercedes tech on the planet who would even attempt it.

Touchscreen can be done... it actually isn't that hard... but it won't work with the oem interface (mbux or ntg) u can run an android interface and the touchscreen will all function, but when you switch back to oem it will not..

i have it on my my 2016.

That's good to know. I put a Joyeauto AA/ACP box in mine and w/out touchscreen it's a P.I.T.A. to operate, but the screen is too far away for touching, isn't it? Not that I wouldn't do it, but it'd have to be cheap and easy.
What did it cost?

Let me get this straight... You just swap out the screen and touch input works on NTG5.0, plug & play? No other retrofit adapter or connection? I mean, if so, that's pretty amazing. I have a touch screen monitor on one of my PC's and w/out plugging in a USB cable, it's not a HID, just a monitor.

Post the vid on YouTube and link it here, if you would be so kind, that way everyone can see it.

P.M. me to arrange the purchase...I definitely want it if it's just a matter of plug & play.

Thanks in advance!

Just to be clear, I understand it'll only work for Joyeauto, not the factory apps. That's just fine!

Did you ever get anything from @XCLSVZ55? Did it work? If so, can you share the process?
