Tire size question for s560 rwd
245/40/20 F AND 285/35/19 R could i have any problem with this setup?.
Thanks in advance.

You should have 255/40 fronts If you go to 245 they are narrower, and lower, so you introduce several alignment and steering and even clearance issues
they stock sizes are very common, you should go find them
If you can't find perfect matches for the stock size, the best thing to do is use https://tiresize.com/calculator/ and enter your stock size plus the tires you are looking at and see how close of a match they are for the outer diameter and if they will fit, width-wise, on your wheels.
In this particular situation, you are looking at a smaller wheel in the rear (19" versus 20" in the front), which doesn't make any sense and there is no configuration of the S560 that ever came with smaller wheels in the rear. Something is wrong there.

I got rid of my 20” and replaced them with 245-45/19” in front and 255-55/19" in the rear fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4 and the difference is notable.
Last summer I crossed Europe and in Germany on the highway at plus 130 mph the car was stable and comfortable, I felt very secure !
In the European country roads, do not talk about Alpine roads, it is no match to my son Porsche: the S-class Cabriolet is splendid to stroll gently with the roof down and enjoy the sights !
Remain on standard equipment and mostly avoid runflat tires !
So stick to slimmer tires and avoid run-flat
The advice is to keep standard dimensions and forget about runflat tyres.
