outstanding 6.9 for sale
1979 450SEL 6.9, 89K miles, Silver Blue Metallic over blue leather. A very high quality driver with service records, books, shop manuals, suspension blocks, literature , and more. Two time “Best 6.9” at M-100 Group’s Lode Star Fest. Runs and drives beautifully. One respray. Less than 10K miles on new spheres, struts, and hydraulic pump. Same owner last 25 years. Priced at $27,900.

I've come to the realization that the original asking price is rather aggressive. Price reduced to $24,500. Reasonable offers always considered.

wow these are such beautiful beasts. I was looking for one and I almost bought one last year that badly failed the pre purchase inspection and I got my deposit back. I wish I had the money right now.

, come on up in the spring when it comes out of storage and take a look. I'm about 2 hours away from you on Rt. 301. What failed on the PPI you had done? Was it a local car? Mine is almost perfect although anyone wanting to bring it into Calif. may have difficulties as there are no catalytic converters (but did pass Delaware emissions last inspection).
The sales agreement with SL Market Letter has expired but Dave has kindly allowed the pictures to remain on flickr. Price is $21,000 Please contact me if interested.
