87 420 sel rough, high idle

The car starts easy enough, no air leaks(checked w/propane), it idles @1250RPM and shakes a good bit. I couldn't narrow it down to 1 cyl. Air control valve works, and it runs great once off idle. I checked the air bypass valve, it checked out. Also has weak spark which seems to get a lot stronger and the stumbling seem s to stop when I unplug the ignition control module. Plus are new and wires check out on an ohm meter. What's next???
