Selling: 1987 SEL AMG Premerger Tribute and Eurospec 500SEC
Hi all,
selling two of my cars. Interested to see if anyone wants them!
SEL Description:Runs and Drives great
has about 127k miles on the body (cluster swapped to a 190k miles cluster)
Clean title
-Gen 1 Pre merger AMG Front bumper
-Gen 1 Pre Merger AMG rear bumper
-Gen 1 Pre Merger Side Skirt
-W126 Heckblende trunk reflector
-Paint matched US headlights
-Euro tailights
-BBS Mahle style wheels
-Updated interior from a 1991 (Facelift) SEL
-Upgraded LED lighting on the cluster and consoles.
-Headliner was redone back in 2015
-W140 S class steering wheel
-it started life as a 4.2 V8 that was later swapped into a 5.6 M117 which has about 80k miles from a later 560sel .
-Top End of the 5.6 was rebuilt in 2019 with Receipts by Schmitt Automotive which comes with new Headgasket, Timing chain, guides, rails etc
-Transmission was rebuilt at one point, it shifts smooth and amazing.
-New alternator and alternator belt was replaced in 2022.

maintainance that was done:
-Timing chain, tensioner and rails were done at 163k miles (with receipts)
-all new vaccuum lines and idler control valve at 166k miles.
-i put a newer 560sec transmission at 166k miles.
-New oil tuber at 166k miles.
-Oil change every 3500-4k miles
