When 560sel will arrive I’ll post some pictures. And of course I’ll do check of the engine.




I also have the one with roller closing.




Right now I can confirm that the bumpers, side aprons, the steering wheel are all genuine. Don’t know about the engine. Still waiting for my mechanic. I also contacted amg Classic in Germany and in Poland for certification process.




It’s quite hard to find good w126 specialist in Poland. Tho other well known shops offered me 2-3 years waiting.




my mechanic wants to open the engine to measure the bore. Anyone knows if the gaskets are same like in 5.6 m117? If not first I need to find the right gaskets.




I Took some time but finally I can share the photos of the 560sel. The engine is in the middle of restoration and it looks like....
ITS 6,0 AMG ENGINE !!!
the cylinders are 10cm wide, and the pistions have an engraving "AMG tuning". Its 2V engine. The engine serial number matches with AMG plate on B pillar and Mercedes Benz EPC data card.
The AMG Aero set is genuine - ABS plastic, no fiberglass. Every piece of that set has AMG serial numbers. The alloy wheels are AMG OZ, three piece 17-inch. The steering wheel is M38 Momo. The exhast system has sport manifolds and downpipes with middle muffler and rear muffler which looks ilke AMG - its pretty rusted and it needs a repair.
