A/C Probs again!!!! :( Need advise PLEASE!!!!!

Well today was a start of a good day..wife and I had a "enjoyable morning" if you know what i mean, and i went out and polished the s500 to head to the smoke shop to get a humidfier for my humidor..so i went took a shower got dressed and started the car to get the cabin cooled off...well as we got in the car we noticed it wasnt cold, the a/c was on MAX and very little cool air was comming out...very little..so i clicked to O and back to AUTO and now NOTHING is comming out,it was just in the shop for the a/c clutch i checked fuses everything clicks on fine but no air(hot or cold) is comming outof the vents..what could this be????? a relay? climate control? what?? anyone had this happen before????

could be lack of freon as well as your fan has died, mine died a while back and as a result it would only turn on super low and no matter what setting i had... didn't help.

I would suspect the blower motor bearing, or the regulator. I had the experience of the blower starting to not come on for a few moments, and then come on. It finally quit, I took the cover off, gave it a nudge and it started. I put a few drops of oil and have had no problems. I changed the filter while in there $expensive!

Could be your climate control unit itself. What year is your car?

well when i got to my office i pulled the cover off and it wasnt turning,so i went and got some wd40 still wouldnt move so i taped the the blower with the can and blower comes on....but starts losing power....i then wiggled the blue wire that connects to the blower and then used a pair of pliars and squeezed it tight and it seems to be holding..so KNOCK ON WOOD it seemed to be a loose connection to the blower itself..cross your fingers and toes brothers!!!!

Ok I have the same problem, Its either the freon is low or the blow resistor motor is broken. For me it was the blow resistor motor, 204$ to replace. I also have to replace my cabin filter.

I just ordered, New cabin filter - 145.00 , New Fuel Filter 34.00 , New Blow motor Regulator (resistor) 205 , Sway Link bar 15, and Next day air shipping 9.45.

Hope that helped.

I used www.autodoctorparts.com, seems like they have the best prices on the net.
