Recently I starting having problems with my 1995 S320. First the vacuum on the door and the locks did not work when shutting the door or locking the car with the key. I searched and found the number 7 fuse was no good in the trunk set of fuse box. The the car started to not starting intermittently. I would turn the key and nothing. At the same time the vacuum and locks started to NOT work again. I tried to jump it this morning. That did not work. I waited 1/2 hour then the car miraculously started. I went straight to the mechanic and he could not tell me if it was the starter.

Does anyone have a clue where to troubleshoot this problem?
