Does anyone have any experience with them?
The cost to rebuild both due to wiring degradation is $1800.
They cannot test the controller to see if that is also messed up, and the price would go up another $800 or so if that is the case.

After I left my 04 CL500 for front strut job I picked up my car next day with !!700!! more miles on odometer. Of course they didn't record mileage in and I couldn't do anything about it... After they change strut they told me that ABC pump got damaged and if I would like to get rid of noise coming from the hood when driving I need to get it replaced...

 

Worst experience of my life!!! I recommend nobody goes there or orders anything from them! They send me a defective abc pump 2 times in a row, my car has been in the shop for three months now! they dont answer the phones they DO NOT honor the WARRANTY!!!!! MARCO IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH! and when I did he told me to stop calling or he wont even send me a pump!! THEY ARE NOT BBB Accredited for a Reason!!

 

LOL!!! NOBODY NEEDS TO GO THERE!!! YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE AND THE WORST CAR REPAIR EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!

WE HAVE TO STOP THEASE PEOPLE AND SHOW THAT ***** MARCO KOOP THAT HE CANT DO THIS TO PEOPLE. I paid this guy on March 30th today is October 21 and i still dont have all parts , i supposed to get front clip cut off by the end of windsield minus engine and transmission and other electronic parts , i received headlights one is damaged , received 2 fenders one has crack , received front bumper which is all scraped up , radiator support all in parts , radiator , and condensor actually was fine , also the hood , the guy promissed me to send everything intact just take engine out , guees what he sent me everything separate times received first package 3 months later and it was radiator support and bumper support 5 months later headlights and hood , 6 moths later bumper all parts missing bolts piping , just all part by part , 7 months later still no radiator fans or windshield which i paid extra for , i should of known and refused to send money by check or money order when he started saying he doesnt like paypal and etc , people never buy from this company as they will steal your money and send you some junk , last months they were proccesing my refund and untill this day and now they dont even pick up the phone , or just hang up , the last conversation i had with MARCO KOOP THAT HEARTLESS THIEF he said that i didnt paid for radiator fans , and i paid only for windshield , when i told him it was listed in his front clip auction where i purchased it he said hang on a minute and hang up on me since then they just hang up on me or dont pick up at alll

 

after sending my parts in.. the shop never called me when they got my parts. so they never knew what to do with them.. so after 2 days i called them and spoke to a lady, which could not find my parts.. after 10 min she found them and told me some one will call you tomorrow for a update.. so 3 days later still no call.. i call them back and speak to the same lady and she ask for my number so someone can call me back ASAP.. well 2 day goes by still no call.. i call back 5 times and no responce. the next day they answer and i speak to a guy and explane whats going on and they tell me they dont know where my parts are.. so im put on hold and they find my parts again and ask me what is wrong with my parts... they have my parts for 1 week and they still dont know what to do with it.. so i told the guy i want them fix ect ect.. and he promised me he will call me tomorrow for a update.. 4 days later no calll back so i called them today pissed off and told them that they pretty much suck and i wasted my time with them and for them to send my parts back... 2 weeks goes by and they still havent touched my parts... and the funny thing is today the same guy asked me, "well how much money did you want for your parts" how much money im not selling my parts i told you i need them fix..... so i got pissed and told them just send it back, so his responce was "ok i will. call tomorrow for tracking number"
well you guys guessed it.. i called them 50 times today for the tracking number and they hung up on me and ignored my phones

these guys suck big time!!!!!!! i wish i saw there google and yelp review before i sent my parts

 

how can this company treat there clients like this.. even more so when they claim they are the only and best v12 shop in america how can they rip off a cl65 - s65 - sl65 owners, one day it is going to be a lawyer that will sue the hell out off them

 

When I spoke with Lana Von Funk CEO of 4Mercedes, they are partners with Programa so I would not use either of those guys. You know the saying...show me your friends.

BBA is a more reputable company and their rebuilds are much better. I know they used to do business with Programa but not anymore because of the quality.

It took a long time in coming but finally Marco Koop has been arrested in Broward County. He is also being held by immigration.

 

I know J S Benz is 200 miles away but they are the best mercedes shop in Florida look them up call JR the owner. best tune also.,,,they also tuned my tcm to change from 307 to 327 rear gears ,,,now working great. jim
