tension in sway bar?

I need to replace my bushings before I do,I need to know if there is any tension on the sway bar.
That is,its not going to come flying out from under the car when I remove bolts.

not a merc
there is only tension when you jack up one side at a time
once both wheels are in the air there is no tension and you can just remove the bolts
