1997 Mersedes S420
Fuel pump
I have a 1997 mercedes s420 my fuel pump doesn't work when I jump it it comes on I checked the fuses is they are good is it a way to check if the relay is bad? Thanks!

you jumped fuel pump and worked,you just tested relay

what do you mean? Did you bypass relay,or open relay and hold points down
Relays are common to fail first. also to act up is the wires leading to pump,sometimes cleaning is needed.
