Project S32 ///amg !!!!!
hey guys, Tomorrow marks the official day that I will be starting project S32 ///AMG. The stock transmission blew so a brand spanking new one was just installed and car will be ready tommorrow. I already have AMG pedals, amg badge, custom intake, AMG 5-spoke rims, and a few other mods waiting for the car. I will make official website and pictures and etc of the car and document everything I do to it. I cannot wait to get started. I will keep you updated as well as get Dynoes of before and after mods.

and the AMG tuned engine 
on a serious note, I wouldn't personally put anything AMG on a non-AMG car except maybe just the rims,.. you dont wanna look like those guys that slap a M3 badge on a 318 or 325 and think they are all that... you know how you can spot that and laugh at them? Well you wouldn't want other people to do that to you would you?
So lose the AMG badges everywhere and just do it up tastefully

I do laugh at those bimmer owners who have "M" badges or those benz owners who have AMG badges withough anything AMG on them.
Just last night i saw a CL500 tagged as "Brabus S600" with huge Brabus name stickers on windshield and rear bumper. "What was that??" i thought.
Yes, you can definately fool the "non" German car enthusiates. I will be on the lookout for you on the highway.

water ingestion baffle - I took out water ingetsion baffle on bmw with no bad side effect as all.
S600 grill - i really don't see the different between the two grillles.
Resonator - is a tube that muffles the sound from the motor between cat converter and the muffler. it should be good for a few HP plus the weight savings.
AMG badge - its not the same as putting M3 badge on 325 b/c M3 is a model number, not a tuning devision. I have an M3 and i do hate it when people put fake M3 badges but this is not the same thing, trust me. I just want the car to be unique so S32 AMG will look like a cool badge b/c its unique.
Also the 300SE is almost equal to 400SE/S420 b/c of its very high differential. I raced new body style S500 and only lost by 1-2 cars to 60mph, its not a slow car by any means.
I AM modyfying engine majorly, I should be getting mosselman twin turbo kit, it should be S600 fast if not faster. so don't underestimate.

But i had to comment on this one, M3 comes from the "M" modification unit of BMW. Its a small factory with only 500 - 700 employees that modifies regular BMW engines into racing monsters.

hehe, ya i know, stop HP should be pathetic at best but still baseline dyno if important for basis of comparison. realistically i think 175HP at the rear wheels is probably what i will run (fingers crossed

Nah man, 35% is worthless. You can easily see in the car with that. My friend just had it done and it was not worth it. I have 5% on my Benz and I love it. I have the premium Johnson film and its really nice stuff. I've been pulled over a few times and they haven't even mentioned the tint, and the stops weren't big ones that would overlook tint either. Go 5% and have no regrets. Make 'em wonder
